Two Inches of water in Commercial Building

When the ice storm does not let up the pipes in your office may begin to freeze and break. This building had two inches of water in their building because of the burst pipe.

SERVPRO of Hunt Valley/Lutherville was called in to help with the extraction of the water that was in the building. The carpets and pad could remain in the building since the water came from a clean source.

Had the building flooded from outside water there would have been a lot more demolition of the walls and flooring. Continual extraction and drying will have this building good as new.
