Townson North Moldy Room

The residents, gone for several months, found the dining room in their Townson North home was covered in mold on two walls. Apparently, the condensation leakage was caused by faulty ductwork and the moisture encouraged a full eruption of mold. Our SERVPRO of HuntValley/Lutherville crew removed the non-salvageable drywall and used HEPA filtration systems to minimize airborne migration of mold spores, dust, and debris. The homeowners requested that we treat the entire room for their peace of mind.
